An essential component of AHTA's mission is to promote research related to the impact of horticultural therapy as a treatment modality. AHTA's members at educational institutions and in the healthcare industry all play an important role in helping AHTA to meet that goal.
AHTA provides two primary avenues for learning more about important ongoing HT research:

Journal of Therapeutic Horticulture, published annually by AHTA, is a professional journal that provides information on HT research, professional issues, conference abstracts, and much more.
