The Magazine provides news of the profession, offers insightful features on programs, and highlights individuals making a difference in the profession. Advertising in the AHTA Magazine is a targeted way to reach decision makers for hospitals, rehabilitation programs, schools, and community organizations as well as individual practitioners, educators, horticulturalists, and therapists in the U.S. and internationally

General Advertising Terms and Conditions:

Advertising is accepted from non-members. The AHTA is not responsible for statements or claims made by advertisers, nor does acceptance of advertising imply endorsement or position of the AHTA Magazine Editor or the AHTA Board of Directors.

The AHTA reserves the right to include the word “advertisement” with copy that, in the AHTA’s opinion, resembles editorial matter. 

The AHTA reserves the right to refuse advertising not consistent with its mission or vision.

Advertisements may be submitted in JPEG format or PDF.  Advertisements submitted in other formats will not be accepted. 

The AHTA assumes no responsibility for advertiser-supplied materials and does not provide editorial services.  Advertisements will be published as submitted.

Advertiser takes full responsibility for obtaining written consent for all photos and endorsements.

Deadlines

In order to have your advertisement included in the Magazine, you must submit your advertisement materials by the following dates: 

Spring Issue/April - March 1
Summer Issue/August - July 1
Fall Issue/November - October 1

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made in writing within 4 weeks of order date to receive a full refund.  In the event order is canceled within 2 weeks of publication, the advertisement will not be published, and no refund will be honored.

Job Postings

Members and non-members may post relevant jobs for the AHTA Job Board, which is available to members only.

AHTA members may post employment opportunities for free, as a member benefit. The cost for non-members to post a job is $50. 

Postings remain active for 30 days unless AHTA is notified otherwise.
